Due to the nature of digital media, once a plugin or theme has been downloaded, it cannot be returned. Refunds are only available if the digital product is completely unusable.

If our product fails to work and we are unable to resolve the issue within 24-72 hours, a refund may be issued. Before requesting a refund, please reach out to our support team by opening a ticket.

Our support team is here to assist you with any questions or help you may need regarding the installation or configuration of your purchased digital products. However, please keep in mind that we do not develop the products, which limits our technical support capabilities.

Refunds may be granted only if the downloaded product is completely non-functional. Please note that if you initiate a dispute without first contacting us, you risk being banned from our site.

Refunds will not be provided if you simply choose not to use the purchased product. We are committed to assisting you with any issues, but we also expect you to understand the product you are purchasing.

Some offers may contain non-refundable clauses, which will be clearly indicated on the offer page.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Eclectic TechnoLab’s VIP Membership Subscription: This is a comprehensive package available at a competitive price, and you may cancel at any time. We advise against purchasing the VIP Membership solely for testing.
  • No refunds for membership plans, even if requested within one day.
  • We do not issue refunds for delays in updates. While we strive to provide timely updates, they may take some time.
  • Renewals are non-refundable. You can easily cancel the automatic renewal directly from your My Account page.
  • Offers and discounts apply to future purchases only and cannot be used to request refunds or partial refunds on prior orders.

We also reserve the right to deny a refund in the following circumstances:

  • You have changed your mind about a product or subscription.
  • You mistakenly purchased an item, which has already been downloaded.
  • An employee or authorized user purchased a product using your PayPal account.
  • The product is not compatible with your WordPress setup, plugins, or server settings.
  • The product does not perform as expected.
  • The product requires a license key or activation to function.
  • You caused issues on your website while installing the product.
  • You denied our support team access to your site to troubleshoot the problem.

Additional Notes

You can cancel your account at any time; however, refunds are not available for cancellations. If you receive a refund, you must cease using any downloaded premium products. If a product remains damaged after an update, we may reduce your refund based on the product’s diminished value. Refund processing may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
